IISCO Steel Plant at under SAIL invites application for the following posts in a Special Drive belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD categories only : 
    1. Operator cum Technician (Trainee) : 143 Posts (SC-22, ST-26,OBC-95, Ex.SM-14, PWD-16) in various disciplines, Pay Scale : Rs. 9160-3%-13150 
    2. Attendant cum Technician (Trainee) : 53 Posts (SC-22, ST-12,OBC-19, Ex.SM-5, PWD-4) in various disciplines, Pay Scale : Rs. 8630-3%-12080  

        Application Fee :  Rs. 250/- 1st post and Rs.150/- for 2nd post  (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be deposited in any SBI branch through a payment challan.

        Eligibility: Upper Age : 30 years as on 01-07-2011

        Qualifications:
        • Management Trainees (Technical): Degree in Engg. (Full Time) / MCA (3 years full time) with 65% marks (average of all semester), i the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Civil, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Chemical, Computer Science and Mining Engineering
        • Management Trainees (Admn):
          For Hr and Marketing: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 60% marks with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in management with 60% marks in HR/PM&IR/Pers/MHROD for HR and Marketing for Marketing disciplines.

          For MT-Finance: CA/ICWA
        Selection: Written Test followed by Group Discussion and Interview

        SAIL invites applications for the post of Overman (Trainee) and Electrician (Trainee)

        Diploma in Mining Engg. from a recognized Institution with competency in Overmanship. Certificate from DGMS OR Intermediate (Equivalent Qualification) with valid Overman’s Certificate. Valid Gas Testing & First Aid Certificate.

        6 Electrician (Trainee) 10 (Gen-7, SC-1, OBC-2)

        Diploma in Electrical Engg. Persons having experience will be given preference


        Pay Scale: Rs.9160 -3%- 13150

        Age Limit: 30 Yrs

        Application Fee: Application fees and postal charges of Rs. 250 (Rs.50 for SC/ ST/PWD) by a Cross Demand Draft only payable at Burnpur drawn in favour of ‘Steel Authority of India Ltd – IISCO Steel Plant’.
