Currently looking for Team Members / Team Leaders / Project Leaders / Project Managers with 3-8 years of relevant IT Experience in a reputed Organisation.

Prerequisites for Infrastructure Services - IS:
Good communication
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
  • Foundation Certification will be an added advantage
  • Enterprise wide Design, implementation and administration skills

    • Infrastructure Services (IS):

    • Networking
      Design, implement, manage Enterprise LAN/WAN network
      Expertise in Multicast, Tunneling and Routing protocols
      Implement QoS and perform Network traffic engineering
      Network Security Management
    • Mainframe
      z/OS System programming, CICS, DB2, MQ Administration
      Batch processing, Console monitoring, Tape operations, Output management, scheduling, and production control
      Security Administration - Top secret, ACF2, RACF
      IBM/EMC Storage Administration
      Performance tuning, Network (SNA, TCP/IP)
    • Midrange / Server Support
      Unix, Linux, AS 400, Windows Administration
      VMWare, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix administration
      SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase DBA
      IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, SunONE administration
      High availability implementation, hardware troubleshooting and remote support
      Server build automation, software packaging and distribution
    • Storage
      Implement, manage Enterprise Storage and File Share appliances (EMC / IBM / HP / NetApp)
      Manage Storage Fabric, Multipathing Software and Protocols
      Implement, manage Enterprise Backup Software
    • Desktop Support
      Ability to resolve problems in Windows, Linux, Citrix environment using Remote management tools
      Desktop Lifecycle Management viz., Remote Installation, configuration, software packaging and distribution, Antivirus management
    • Service Desk
      Experience in Service Management Tools (Remedy / HPSD / Peregrine)
      Basic trouble shooting skills in networking, desktop and messaging client
    • Enterprise Tools
      Tivoli, Openview and Microsoft Enterprise System Management tools
      Remedy, Peregrine and HPSD Service Management Tools
      Design, implementation and application integration
    • Pre-Sales (5+ years of experience)
      Pre-sales consultants for Infrastructure Services
      Technical background (minimum 2-3 years of experience) and pre-sales experience (at least 3 years of experience)

    Qualifications:

    1. Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS
    2. CA / ICWA / MBA
    3. PGDIT (2 years full time & approved by AICTE)

    Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience.

    • Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
    • Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible
    • Candidates with more than 2 years break in their academic / professional career will not be considered
