National Brain Research Centre requires the following:

  • Post Code: 003 :Information Scientist
    Pay Scale: 10000-325-15200
    Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment
    Essential Qualifications/ Experience: Post Graduation with 5 years experience in System/Networking Administration.ORPh.D in any branch of Science/Computer Science with 4 years experience in System/ Networking Administration.
    Desirable: Candidates having a proven background in concepts and applications of organising information/ data retrieval from online systems, database administration, Local Area Network (LAN), Server maintenance and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN and networking issued would be given preference, Structural Biology, Modelling, Software development, analysis, experience in Lab, website management and development, exposure to Bio informatics application.
    Age Limit : 40 years as on last date of the application.
  • Post Code: P01 :PROJECT ASSOSCIATE (Programming):Sponsored project (Ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of India)
    Emoluments:     Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/-pm (Consolidated) depending on experience and proficiency.
    Essential Qualifications/ Experience: MCA or B.E./B.Tech/ in Computer Science.
    Desirable: Strong academic background with enthusiasm to learn new areas. Strong analytical abilities, programming in C, C++, under the Linux and Windows operating system is essential. Knowledge of relational database management system, MATLAB and other scientific software’s is desirable.
    Age Limit: Below 35 years as on last date of the application.
  • Post Code: P03 : Computer Operator
    Pay scale:     4,000-100-6,000
    Qualifications/ Experience: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university preferably in science subject, with basic knowledge of computer and application utilities like MS word, Excel, Power point and other applications etc. and One-year diploma in computer application & programming and knowledge of scientific terms and experience of working in scientific organizations. Knowledge of hardware/ software maintenance is desirable.
    Age Limit : 30 Years.
