Candidate profile:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development (J2EE)
- Hands on experience in Designing and Implementing Design Patterns
- Extensive knowledge in at least 5 design patterns
- Hands on experience is estimation & metrics
- Experience in managing, leading and guiding a team technically
- Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
- Knowledge on Quality process implementation
- Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
- Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
