QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL : EDUCATIONAL : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University. DUTIES: A senior Group-‘B’ (Gazetted) post having duties of managerial nature. A JWM is required to work as a Head of Section/Workshop/Office or a Group in the Workshop/Section/Office and be fully responsible for proper working of the group allotted to him. For these duties and responsibilities, he is to report to Divisional Officer who is a Group-’A’ Officer.
NOTE : A Written Objective Type Test with multiple choices answer will be conducted and followed by Interview for selection of Candidates to the posts of Junior Works Manager (Mechanical). The written test will be conducted on 9th January, 2011 in the Forenoon Session - (Vacancy No.10095202804) Twenty-one Junior Works Managers (Chemical) in Ordnance Factory Board

NATURE OF POST : The posts at Item Nos.1 & 2 are permanent & belong to Civilian in Defence Services.
PAY SCALE & CLASSIFICATION : Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4600(Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.18665) Group ‘B’ Gazetted for the posts at Item Nos. 1 & 2 above. (Figures in bracket at the end of the pay scale indicate the approx total emoluments (per month) excluding TA and HRA at the minimum of the scale.
AGE LIMIT : Between 21 and 30 years as on normal closing date for the posts at Item Nos.1 & 2 above.
