Age Limit as on 01.01.2013 : Required between 18 to 26 years Upper age relaxation is for SC/ST -05 years , OBC-03 years and for Ex-Servicemen category as per the government rules.
Pay Scale & Salary :- Salary will be paid in grade-4 for above all posts in Pay Scale Rs 11900/- to Rs.32000/- + all allowances
Application fee : Rs 100/- through DD in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Mathura Refinery and Payable at MATHURA. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from this application fee.
Selection Process :- Selection will be made on the basis of the Written Test and Interview performance. Written Test and Interview will be conducted at MATHURA.
