Job Description:
To co-ordinate internal & external training. To create, administer and evaluate training feedback process for continuous improvement in the programs. To capture training needs of all departments within the organisation so that development needs of each individual is assessed & action plans are made to bridge the gap.To create, announce & update training schedules and calendars on a regular basis to keep the employees updated regarding the scheduled training events.
