- Team leader - Java
Required candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in leading a team of IT professionals. Must possess excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills. good at oral and wrrtten communication skills.
Language: Java, J2ee
Technologies: XML,JSP,JDBC,Struts
Design: UML, J2EE, Design patterns
Strong exposure in all phases of the SDLC, Database skills and ability to manage customer requirements is a must. Proven team player and should be proactive In providing suggestions and solutions for continuous team Improvement - Software Testing
Experience or more than 1 yr in Mannual Testing with the knowledge or Automated Tools,
Skills common to all the above positions and which area MUST.
- Strong computer application skills
- Ability to work well independently while being flexible and adaptable to rapid change . Highly flexible to timings
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- All positions are based at Chennai
.- The office timings 1300 Hrs. to 2200 Hrs.
