Technical Support - BangaloreRequirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree with 2 to 3years of experience
- Person should be working in Help Desk / Enterprise Service Desk environment.
- Technical support executives who have exposure in the voice process
- Excellent communication skills + troubleshooting skills on Windows, Application Support (TOA, VPN, Wireless), Blackberry & others.
- Should be able to work in 24 * 7 support and should be flexible to adapt to changes as per business needs.
- Solid knowledge of information technology operations and workflow processes and procedures
- Technical aptitude and ability to continually evolve systems support skills
