Job Description:
Monitor, Administrate and Manage routers, switches and other Network components
Should be able monitor and manage all types of the Network Devices from offshore NOC
Responsibilities include ensuring there is no breach in response and resolution time for service support.
Escalations and Vendor management
Template creation , presentation and documentation
Network management tools implementation
Ensure smooth working of Network Services such as File, Printing, Internet, & Mail are up and running.
Core Skill :
Routing & SwitchingMonitor, Administrate and Manage routers, switches and other Network componentsHands on experience on routers,switches and VPN devices
