• Should be Computer Sciences Graduate/Diploma in computers With/without experience in application software installation and trouble shooting process at clients' location.
• Efficient problem solving skills and familiarity with Hardware, Back end like server, databases and front end operations
• Should be willing to travel
• Candidates having experience in retail/accounting is added advantage
• Position reports to Branch Head

• Knowledge on Hardware and Networking is added advantage but not necessary

• Software IMPLEMENTOR at clients place, software installation, understanding the client's software related problems and providing continues support on business application package.
• Responsible for Software Implementation and trouble shooting activities
• Pre installation verification at Client's place
• Testing new module releases
• Responsible for new modules rollout across all clients in respective city/town released by Development Team
• Coordinating with Support Department in support related matters
• Coordination with Client IT Team Daily MIS report generation and handing it over to concern authority as assigned by client
• Performing day to day activities in software trouble shooting, error identification if any
• Providing technical support to multiple clients in respective region
• Identification of problems occurs with software or hardware at store level If it is concern with Hardware, informing to IT Team
