Requires Desktop Engineers & Technical Support Officers (TSO) :
Desktop Engineers: Qualifications: BE/BTech from a recognized university with 4 years plus experience in troubleshooting severity 2 and 3 issues related to Desktop, Operating System, Remote Access-VPN. Candidates should have good exposure to Desktop, citrix and Web Based applications. Intrested candidates for the post of Desktop Engineer may E-mail thire resume to opportunity@convergys.com
For TSO position, Qualifications : Graduates with an GNIIT / NIIT Certificate, Diploma holders in Software/Hardware, Knowledge of Internet Troubleshooting.
Specifications: Willing to work in rotational shifts, Excellent communication skills, Relevant experience in a semi Technical process would be preferred.
