Job Profile:
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post - graduate. Applicants should have a good academic record of 65% or higher throughout.
Experience : Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in Networking/ Hardware /desktop support
Essential Skill Set:
- Hands on experience in Installation of Desktops, Laptops and Servers.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Operating Systems, Application Software, Anti-Viruses & Hardware
- Expertise in Trouble shooting of OS, Software, Hardware and Network related issues.
- Hardware Maintenance, Outlook Configurations and Administration, Backup and Recovery of official confidential data’s.
- Basic knowledge on LAN, WAN, Switching, Routing, VPN.
- Installing Oracle database and related software’s
- Commissioning network equipments / computer hardware devices, switches and software.
- Working Knowledge on Windows 2003 / 2008 server
- Good background knowledge and ability to understand IT operations and systems
- on a range of hardware and software platforms
- Documenting and following quality and IT Security processes in relevant areas of work.
