HCL: Walk-In interview for Data Centre at NoidaCommand Center (1 year – 3 years)
Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS XP with Exchange Functionality Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ready to work in Night Shifts (24x7x 365 model)
- Level 1+ knowledge of Networks, Servers (Windows / Linux / Unix / Solaris)
- Stop / start / restart of a Windows system process or UNIX / Linux daemon process in association with a service incident.
- Good Analytical & troubleshooting Skills.
- Exposure to any monitoring tool like CA-Spectrum / Unicenter / BMC-SMARTS / HP-OVO / Compaq Insight manager.
- Hands-on on any one Ticketing tool like ITSM7 / CA-service desk, Basic working of VERITAS Net-backup and Backup Exec.
- Good communication skills .
- Batch monitoring via Autosys / Tivoli / Control-m / EM / Jobtrac).
- Mainframe Monitoring, Tape monitoring via Omegamon.
- Virus Monitoring, Validation and Escalations.
