Job Description: Provider Enrollments (Off-shore Provider Enrollments/Production
Team)
Job Purpose: Process provider enrollments with health care payers in the most
efficient manner so providers are approved and can receive claim payment from payers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Log received provider enrolments in CRM
· Review provider enrollments for completion
· Send provider enrollments to payers for approval
· Follow up with payers for status of enrollment approvals
· Record in CRM payer enrollment approvals & rejections
Qualifications:
· High school graduate, some college desire
· Experience in health care field desired
Skill & Knowledge:
· Must be able to work as a team player
· 0-1 years customer service experience
· Possess problem solving & analytical ability
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to work in a fast pace production work environment
· Consistently meet individual production metrics and business SLA goals
· Ability to be self-directed and motivated
· Attention to detail and follow through with tasks
· Must be able to prioritize work with competing priorities
· Experienced working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.
· Must have experience working in multiple applications at the same time
