DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The Candidate will get appointment as a PHP Developer Jr. from the date of joining.
The candidate will get training/guidance in the required technology for 6 months. (If the performance /Learning speed is good, you may also finish the training in less than 6 months).
If any candidate performance is found to be good during the training period, then the company can put them on a live project with confirmation and their Salary will be increased accordingly.
After the successful completion of technical cum Job training, the CTC will be from 1.2L-1.5L per annum with confirmation of employment in the company according to their performance.
Stipend will be provided from the date of Joining.
Training will be provided on self support basis.
