About company: We started as a rubber plantation scheme in 1972 for the settlement of Sri Lankan repatriates, which was necessitated by Sirimao-Sastri Agreement of 1964. This scheme was later converted into a Government Company and incorporated on 5/5/1976. Our authorized share capital is Rs.350 lakhs and our paid up capital is 339.27 lakhs. The share capital contributions of Government of India and Government of Kerala are 40% and 60% respectively.
