Responsibilities
• Ongoing Report generation Ensure service accuracy through compliance (TAT)
• Developing Scorecard and Metric calculations.
• High level Automation of reporting initiatives.
• Compliance to Time Entry & MIS
• Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions
VBA
• Knowledge of DAO/ADO connectivity from Excel to Access or SQL.
• Should be able to run Insert/Update/Delete commands in Access/SQL data base from Excel interface.
• Proficient in creating Excel based macros for creating dynamic Reports/Charts etc.
• Should be able to use Access/SQL queries/store procedures from Excel.
• Should be aware of most of the Visual basic components/Controls available in Excel.
Access/SQL
• Well conversant with how to create tables/queries/Store procedures/Forms/Reports/modules/Macros in Access.
• Should be able to create Excel based reports from Access/SQL server.
• Should be aware of Import/Export utilities in Access/SQL

• Should be able to understand and talk to US leadership.

Qualification
Graduate in BBA, BCom, BA, BSc and BCA
No full-time MBA/B.E./B.Tech/B.Ed
6months to 3years of experience in MIS profile.
Proficient in Excel - Advanced Excel, Macros, Access, VBA, SQL
Flexibility to work in night shifts
