As Human Resources Manager, you will supervise or provide Human Resource functions for all facility personnel, with job responsibilities in the areas of personnel, positive management issues/labor relations, employee benefits, training, and new facility start-up.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Administer the new employee selection process
*Serve as liaison with the surrounding local community
*Develop, prepare and disseminate an effective employee communication program
*Review training needs, develops materials for implementation and conducts training if required
*Advise and counsel personnel on matters relating to EEO/AA, sexual harassment, ADA, and
discrimination
*Advise personnel as to positive management initiatives and serves on an informational team in the event of union organizational activity
