Graduate Trainee would be responsible for undertaking and perform production support activities
for a designated application/ a suite of products or applications. He / She will be responsible
for providing day to day support of all incidents, which includes, recommend solutions for
support related problems, monitoring AHD Incident queues, following the application's incident
management guidelines and processes, escalate with other IT partner. An incumbent
provide support for Wealth suite of application implementations and train onsite staff as
and when required
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the application development segments of the system development
- life cycle. Skilled in design methodologies and techniques
- Basic understanding of a relevant business area (preferably Retail Banking) with an
- in-depth understanding of the systems and business needs of that area
- Very good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Very good programming skills
- Good analysis and problem solving skills
- Competent in the following programming platforms
• Microsoft Dot Net technologies
• SQL Server
• Exposure to web based application
