Designation: Junior Software Engineer (Trainee) for freshers. For experienced candidates, designation will be dependent on their experience.
Stream/Specialization: - Windows and Linux Server Administration & Development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2012 Batch BTech / BE Candidates
- 2011 Batch Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Server Administration / Webhosting
- 2011 Batch Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Linux
- BTech / BE - CS, IT, Electronics branches except (EEE)
- EXCELLENT written communication skills (English - compulsory)
- Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
- Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift)
- Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory.
- Outside Kerala College students are also eligible
- Freshers : Aggregate 60% for 10th, Plus Two, 65% for Btech (64.99% not applicable)
- Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable)
- No current arrears
Salary:
- FRESHERS: CTC - 2.05L per annum (around 13K per month)
- EXPERIENCED: CTC - Starting from 2.56 L per annum.
- Added benefits: Accommodation, food, transportation to and from the accommodation, medical insurance.
Selection Process:
- Freshers : Written test - (Aptitude / Linux/ Windows/ C / General Technical Awareness,Communication / written essay) followed by GD / Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
- Experienced candidates: Written essay test for 30 minutes followed by GD / Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates.
Service Conditions:
- Probation Period and Service agreement for 6 months.
- Shift working is compulsory and 6 day work week.
- Submission of certificate originals at the time of joining.

- Writing Pad
- Two copies of RESUME
- Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists

- Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS

- College ID/Any other Photo ID.
