Mandatory Skills:
· AIX/Linux/UNIX Platform working experience on DEV and PROD environments with administration knowledge. But, AIX would be more preferable.
· RDMBS – Oracle – should have understanding of Oracle environment.
· Printer Administration working experience is a must.
· Understanding of Citrix Administration and VMware Administration Environment.
· Windows Administration (If not hands on then fair understanding will also work ).
· File System and OS (Both UNIX/Windows) knowledge.
· Any Monitoring Tool skill
· Ready to work in Shifts
Other Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem solving skill sets.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple project teams and clients in a healthcare environment.
· Self-initiator who works collaboratively and able to bring together different working styles to meet objectives.
· Team building approach and individual performer approach on complex team environments.

Desirable Skills:
· Adequate Process understanding of ITIL V2 or V3 Processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management ).
· Windows Administration.
· Cerner Millennium Tools and Environments.
· Nagios – Working knowledge of this monitoring tool .
