Job Description-1

1)      Travel Certification Program: -

 ·         Salary 12,000/- to 16,250/- K Gross monthly CTC
·         To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversation & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific where it may require to take few calls in Hindi as well.
·         There is an salary increment plan as well - Rs. 2,000/( Qualifying for and Clearing Expedia final process certification)- or 1,000/- (Qualifying for and Clearing any other process final certification).
·         Training can be 6 days working and post certification the working days could be 6/5 working days, depending on the process that the employee would be finally transferred to.



Job Description-2

            INDIGO -  
                              
·         0 to 2 years of experience in any field (BPO Preferred)
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Flexible with 24*7 shifts
·         Salary 13k gross to 17 gross

Job Description-3

            UABD 

·         Designation-  Temporary Process Associates.
·         Location- Gurgaon
·         Duration- 3months
·         CTC- 13K/ month (Gross)  + 5K at the end of the process. Along with the completion certificate.
·         Leaves- 2 compensatory off in a week i.e. 5 days working in a week. No other leaves will be entertained for the 3 months period.


Candidate should carry with himself
A.      2 Hard copy of Resume.
B.      Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
C.      Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Diploma, Degree certificates of Graduation.
        (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
D.      3 Photographs.
