Your client responsibilities:
- Work closely with team to carry out activities of Data processing/ Data Management /
- Account Management of the process - meet daily/Weekly/monthly objectives as
- agreed with the client
- Adhere to the Service Charter/ Service Level Agreements
- Develop and deliver quality and timely services and work products.
- Develop collaborative relationships with our clients and internal colleagues.
Technical skills requirements:
We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)
- 0 to 2 years of total work experience
- Any non Commerce Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Experience in Billing/Transaction Processing/Data Management is desirable
You will need to:
- Have effective communication skills - both written and oral.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong English language skills
- Demonstrate an eye for detail
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
