Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers and Sales Engineers to gather required information for the requested device support.
· Develop the XML based device support file and test against a simulated version of the device.
· Work with Quality Assurance team on the validation process.
· Work with customer or Sales Engineer to ensure the live device matches up with the simulated experience.
Requirements:
· 4 year technical degree
· Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
· Experience programming with XML
· Familiarity with networking concepts such as TPC/IP, SNMP, Modbus
· Experience running script files and network tools
