Your Role

Develop dealer network
Spring wire dealer
·         Increase sales at existing dealers / distributor in line with X+1 plan.
·         Develop new dealers for areas not covered already.
·         Increase market share at existing accounts.
·         Develop new direct accounts for spring wire customers.
·         Develop system of weekly / monthly price list in sync with movement of raw material prices.
Welding wire dealer
·         Develop dealer network for welding wire in major regions of North, West & South.
·         Develop new direct accounts for welding wire customers.
·         Focus on developing MIG wire market with Exhaust Manufacturing OEM’s
·         Develop system of weekly / monthly price list in sync with movement of raw material prices.

Develop forming wire market
·         Develop direct accounts + non exclusive dealers for forming wires which include wire for general purpose, weaving, cold heading etc.
·         Increase market presence of brand Bekaert.

Internal coordination
·         Co-ordinate with production, planning for order confirmations.
·         Initiate BA’s for new products required for completing order confirmations.
·         Weekly meetings with planning & production for steady dispatches to domestic dealers + direct customers.
·         Co-ordinate communication and action between internal sales and customers for payment problems, whenever they occur.
·         In the event of rejections or complaint – co-ordinate with customer for details of complaint and lodge it thru proper channel.
·         Completing action (Issue of credit note or recall material) based on the analysis of the complaint with quality department.
·         Maintain records for the on-time deliveries

Reporting
·         Market management report providing
·         Details of activity in the domestic market with respect to sales and new developments.
·         Target v/s actual performance on sales, receivables with month and year to date update.
·        
Your Profile

BE/Diploma Engineer
·         Aggressive sales attitude.
·         Good technical knowledge.
·         Accurate and disciplined in reporting
·         Good communication – spoken and written
·         Ability to listen effectively.
·         Good people skills – personal interaction and over phone/email
·         Quickly adapts to changes
·         No ego
·         Willing to work for extended hours whenever required
·         Strong team skills
·         Customer focused (internal and external alike)
·         Ability to work fluently with Excel, word and SAP.
