Job Summary

Our Wastewater Networks team in Bangalore require Graduate Engineers to deliver design delivery projects with their existing hydraulic modelling team to our clients in Middle east and UK. The extended team will be located in New Delhi (Gurgaon).

Roles and Responsibilities
You will be required to:
- Work as part of Atkins’ Wastewater Networks team
- Deliver the projects relating to drainage infrastructure design and planning –Storm, Foul and Highway drainage design and modelling
- Design highway and infrastructure drainage networks using WinDES/Infoworks
- Responsibe for leading design activities of projects and QA (Calculations/Drawings/Models).
- Supervise and assist Technicians and Graduates.
Requirements
Candidates should have a clear and demonstrable technical understanding of drainage infrastructure and related issues, including;
- B.E / B. Tech or M.E / M. Tech Civil Engineering degree from a recognized University.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in storm water, highway and foul drainage design having used InfoWorks/WinDES or similar e.g. StormCAD etc.
- Knowledge of geographical information systems e.g. Mapinfo, is preferred
- An aspiration to achieve C.Eng professional qualifications with ICE or CIWEM
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication skills and be fluent in English (written and spoken)
