Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
10+2+Diploma (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L3 and L4routers and switches.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
Good exposure / knowledge on BGP.
Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line
Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
Understanding of any ticket driven process.
Performance Management & Optimization
Strong in basic security concepts
Exposure on firewalls Checkpoint or  Pix
Working Knowledge of proxy servers will be added advantage
Working Knowledge on Load balancers will be added advantage
Certifications CCSA or SNPA or CCNP And CCNA
Decent communication skills mandatory
Willing to work in 24/7 environment

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Excellent Analytical & Virtual troubleshooting skills
