| This position is responsible for the entry, initial assignment and processing of Service Request tasks in a timely, client focused manner. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to rapidly advance to other positions within the organization. | ||

| • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent. • A minimum of 1 year of technical experience in a support, consulting, or field support environment is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. | ||
