Description
Responsible for debugging, installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting production user applications and batch jobs. The main function of this position is to minimize interruptions to the application engineers on routine support issues. This person will function as 1st and 2nd level support on all vendor and in-house applications. Additional responsibilities include desktop support, system administration, and application development.
Qualifications
B.E. degree in computer science /MCA/BCA degree /BSC in Computer science /Min 50% in 10th and 12th: required
