Description:

Work breakdown and estimation of a program
Ability to do database design for the requirements.
Leading a team of 5-6 developers, reviewing their code, managing quality output
Good knowledge on database designs, queries etc. 
Knowledge on data modelling techniques. 
Knowledge on Java coding
The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT services in BFSI vertical or developing modules of core banking platform. 
Ability to do impact analysis due to changes, debugging skills. 
Understanding of project management techniques. 
Ability to trouble shoot at client site. 
Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
Project/Product implementation experience in Banking
Coordinating with the software development (vendor/Internal) team for the functional clarifications during development.
Identifying, analyzing defects, questionable functions, errors, program functionality, outputs, online screens, and content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross functional teams / cross location teams.

Self-driven, highly ambitious with a will to win with a positive outlook,
and a clear focus on deliverable's and high quality
Quick learner with good business understanding.
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
Strong team player.
