| Data Management Associate Requisition ID: 00205266Description Work with the HBS Data Steward Team which provides control and governance of the quality of customer data that is entered into our systems. It is the responsibility of this team to maintain existing customer data & ensure that our customer accounts are created in database with updated information – avoiding duplication of records. Responsibilities of the person: • Creation/Management of customer accounts, handling duplications in SAP/SFDC • Research & Validation of HBS Customers • CRM Reporting and Analytics • Creating leads for customers and assigning them to respective Sale Leaders Qualifications Graduate, with minimum 1 -2 years experience in database environment. Candidate is expected to support working in US timings.
