Responsibilities: • The Associate Assurant (Non-voice) is responsible for ensuring that he/she meets and exceeds the client standards for production and accuracy. • To ensure that he/she stays current with any process updates/changes as mandated by the client/management. • To research for correct data in Hazard Insurance documents. Verify data and input it according to the prompts from the system/application. • To seeks clarification from the Floor lead/team lead if he/she is uncertain about the process. KRAs: Would be responsible for ensuring he/she meets the following goals: • Productivity should be at least 835 Fields per Hour (FPH). • Quality should be atleast 99%. • Good communication skills (oral & written). • Should respond positively to pressure. Should be a fast worker and consistently detail oriented. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Required. 1 year of Work experience preferable. Typing speed more than 35 wpm | |
