As a part of our Group Service Center team, your key responsibilities are -

  • Have a passion for customer service considering it is a process catering to premier customers.
  • To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
  • Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers, business partners and identify areas of service improvements
  • Meet targets on productivity and accuracy within stipulated time frame. Instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken.
  • Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.
  • Ensure all data requirements is completed and updated in a timely manner.

Qualifications

 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about Customer Experience Fast learner and have a can do approach Needs to be acceptable and flexible to rapidly changing business, internal scenarios and unexpected events.
  • Ability to drive & motivate self & the team to deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts & extract relevant information from extensive documentation quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of and experience in sound planning, organizing and analytical skills Proven consistent performance record.
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques.
  • Good team player.
  • Good decision making Result orientation.
  • Be flexible to work shifts/weekends/ work extended hours when required 10+2/Graduate in any stream 0-5 years of experience.Freshers are welcome to apply. BPO experience can be added advantage
