What you will be doing
 The Engineer will be responsible for providing support on applications and systems used in Tesco’s dotcom store and fulfilment centres.
 He will be working on issues assigned to him from L0 and L1 teams as daily operational task.
 He will be responsible to perform an RCA on problems and arrive with a resolution and fix for the issue. Some key processes he will be working on are Incident Management, Problem management, Change management and knowledge management.
 The person should pose strong SQL knowledge and good experience in support.
 He should have good knowledge of computer hardware, networking and SLDC.
 More of a DB resource along with application development skill set. Knowledge of quality analysis and software quality assurance is an added advantage.
 Have to generate reports and write test cases on new project modules.

Below points are must,
1. Provide operational and application support to Tesco Dotcom GSH Systems
2. Write queries and generate DB reports needed for operations
3. Document all the processes and update knowledge base. This should contribute in making the process people independent
4. Should use acquired skills for the development of client organization and also provide adequate support in up-skilling 1st line.
5. Contribute to the innovations and also work in providing a quality service
6. Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management
7. Performing health checks, monitor systems, work on alerts and reports.
8. Write test cases on new releases.
9. Generate reports and also prepare RCA document of issues
10. Come up with ideas /projects to improve DB / application performance.
What we are looking for
Bachelor of Computer Applns or Bachelor of Engineering
Years of Experience : 1-2 Years
