Job duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Perform a variety of complex assignments to become familiar with and understand the functions and responsibilities of Human Resources within Caterpillar
*Enter into a three-year developmental program that enables to move throughout a variety of assignments in Human Resources
*Will move through three or more functional assignments
Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or advanced degree and appropriate certification, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related degree
*Outstanding leadership skills
*Globally mobile
*Team player with strong initiative
*High work standards
*Excellent customer focus
*Ability to effectively communicate
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
