Qualification: The candidates should have Passed ITI in first attempt in the respective trades from Government / Govt. recognized Institute. i) securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / AFC / PH. ii) Pass Class for SC/ST.

Age Limit: 16 to 21 years as on 01.10.2010

Application Fee: Application fee in the form of Demand Draft of Rs.30 should be drawn in favour of Mazagon Dock Ltd, payable at Mumbai.

Recruitment of Apprentices


Eligibility: ITI (Fitter/ Mechanic/ Plumber/ Carpenter/ Shipwright)

Location : Karwar (Karnataka)

Applications are invited for Apprenticeship

Fitter 1 1 Year 10th pass with 50 % marks and ITI certificate in relevant trade with 65% marks. ITI (Fitter) candiadtes can also apply for Shipwright (Steel) trade.

Carpenter 10
Sheet Metal Worker 10

Note: Candidates already got training under Apprenticeship Act may not apply for the same.

Age Limit: Candidates should born in between 11th October 191989 and 11th October 1996

Physical Standard: Height: 150cm, Weight: 45kg, Chest: 5cm exapnded, Eyesight: 6/6, 6/9.

Stipend: Ist Year: Rs.1240, IInd Year: Rs.1440
