Job Details: Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following position at NISCAIR, New Delhi.

02.[UR] Technical Group III(1)- 01(One) Electrical 1st Class Diploma in (Electrical Engineering ) of 3years full time duration or its equivalent Knowledge in internal/ external electrification and maintenance of office building / residential housing complex and preparation of estimates, bills and recording of measurements in MBs. Day -to-day maintenance and preventive maintenance of services such as internal , external , electrification, substation, lifts, air conditioning systems, pumps and fire fighting & alarm system in residential / office building; preparation of estimates, day-to-day supervision of works; recording of measurements and preparation of bills

2. Knowledge of designing publications 		Cover designing and specialized layout of various kinds of publications. Drawing technical and creative illustration.
07. [SC-1] Technical Group III(1)- 01(One) IT/ Computer Science 1st Class Diploma in Engg. /Tech. (Computer Science, information Technology, Electronics & communication ) of 3years full time duration or its equivalent 1. Knowledge of network hardware technologies (Routers, Switches, Firewall etc)
2. Ability to monitor & trouble shoot LAN/ WAN and TCP/ IP issues 		WAN/LAN
installations; monitoring of network resources to provide secure and reliable network access; administer network and server security processes; network trouble -shooting; imparting training etc;

Educational Qualification : The minimum educational qualification required is a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Age: 20 to 25 years as on 01.07.2009, i.e. those born not earlier than 02.07.1984 and not later than 01.07.1989 will be eligible. Relaxation as per Govt rule

Standard of Physical Measurement of Male candidates
Height : Minimum 170 cms
Chest : Minimum 81 cms to 85 cmsThe candidate is required to have minimum 81 cms chest in an unexpanded state and with expansion it should be minimum 85 cms. For all candidates minimum expansion has to be 4 cms., failing which he will be disqualified). Relaxable by 5 cms for residents of hill areas for which certificates as above will be produced.
Medical Standard: The candidates should be of sound health, free from defect/ deformity/ disease. Both eyes should have a vision 6/12 (without glasses). No relaxation is allowed to any category of candidates on this count.

Standard of Physical Measurement of Female candidates
Height : Minimum 157 cms
