CMRL requires requires efficient, experienced and competent officials for the following posts:
  1. Station Controller/ Train Operator /Jr. Engineer (Stations) : 244 posts (Station Controller – 60, Train Operator - 87, Jr. Engineer (Stations) - 97)
  2. Jr. Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) : 210 posts
  3. Technician (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil/ Plumbing/ Blacksmith/ Welding/ Information Technology) : 265 posts
