Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


·         The Job involves talented QA engineers to contribute towards both manual testing and building automation and maintaining test tools, scripts and test framework.

·         He/She will be responsible to derive automation scripts/tools for the identified Server side features.

·         The candidate will be responsible for documenting and tracking the progress against the assigned tasks.

·          The Candidate should adapt to an agile development methodology



Education and Experience Requirements

The Ideal candidate will have:

·         BE / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
·         Must have strong knowledge of OS (Windows and Unix/Linux)
·         Knowledge of writing/debugging automation scripts using C, Perl or Python
·         Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills are a must
·         Knowledge in Printing technologies and formal education in Color & Imaging will be a big plus.
·         Knowledge of Network Print Protocols will be a big plus

Non-Technical:
·         With a desire for self learning, the candidate should possess strong cross-functional communication, interpersonal and team skills. He / She should have the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be able to review current process and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate must be detail focused and able to work with minimal supervision. He / she must be a team player willing to change tasks and be able to work in multiple products with various levels of complexity.

- Providing quality assurance of functional specifications against business requirements
- Writing test harnesses for qualifying software on a variety of platforms
- Writing code (C, C++, C#, Java, shell scripts, etc.) for testing APIs of SDKs
- Carrying out testing including system, release, maintenance, load and performance testing and also facilitating UAT
- Taking part in Data quality and data profiling activities
- Raising any defects found and escalate to relevant technical and business stakeholders
