Job Discription:
  • Research, analyze, and author technical documents
  • Work closely with product designers, product managers and testers to verify technical content, accuracy and scope
  • Identify and secure the required information and perform high level technical assessments and work estimates. 
  • Will perform complex task analysis, flowcharting and content analysis on routine projects
  • Work closely with one or more junior writers to mentor them in their technical writing, product knowledge and authoring development
  • Participate in project and quality review meetings 
  • Assist team lead in implementation of processes and quality across multiple projects 
  • Participate in reviews of authored content, and ensure timely response with corrections
  • Work closely with team members to share information and ensure technical and visual consistency across multiple document suites
  • Aid in the proofing of printed documentation prior to distribution to Sasken.
