Job Description: We are looking to recruit Graduates keen to develop their career in networking, who are not afraid of change, and eager to grasp complex challenges. Graduates will be trained in-house and will working side by side with seasoned engineers.

The candidates applying for the position of CE/ RF should have scored at least 60% marks at Secondary or Sr. Secondary level and in Qualifying Degree. Candiates applying for RF should additionally have Post-Graduation in Engineering in the specified area or two years of relevant research experience in lieu. Those applying for MF should have 60% marks both in Engineering and MBA.

Mode of selection : Candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria are required to appear in an all India online screening test on any day between 24th July, to 1st August 2010 at Banagalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mohali, Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Thiruvananthpuram. The candidates can choose the convenient date and venue. Candidates succesful in the online test will be called for an interview, later.

How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply online through www.cdacnoida.in/career.asp on or before 19.7.2010. Application fee of Rs. 1000/- payable by DD/ credit card. After completing the registration process, send the DD by post or courier superscribing the envelope 'Application fee for JRF/RF' to Head (HR), C-DAC, Anusandhan Bhawan, C-56/1, Institutional Area, Sector-62, Noida - 201307 (U.P.), so as to reach him on or before 20.7.2010. Please mention name of the applicant, date of birth, registration ID and email id on the back side of the Demand Draft.

Candidates waiting the results, but have scored 60% marks till the last semester of the qualifying degree can also apply.

Applications should be submitted in the prescribed OMR Application Form. The application fee is Rs.100 (Rupees one hundred only) for General / OBC candidates & Rs 25 (Rupees Twenty Five) for SC/ ST/ PH / Ex-Serviceman candidates. The application form can be obtained in person or by post as per the given procedure:-

(a) In person-: 1) The forms can be collected from any of the main branch of State Bank of India after depositing the required application fee in cash to the bank. In case of SC/ ST/ PH / Ex-Serviceman candidates, an attested copy of SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman certificate is also required to be submitted at the bank for availing concessional application fee. The candidate shall be required to pay additional handling charges of Rs.10 (Ten) also to the bank.

2) These form can also be collected from the respective controller of Examination with a request in candidate’s own handwriting and demand draft of application fee amount (Rs. 100/- or Rs. 25 depending on the category) in favour of “Prasar Bharati(BCI)” payable at respective cities and an attested copy of SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman certificate in case of candidates of these categories in support of availing concessional application fee.
(b) Through post-: A request letter in candidate's own handwriting along with self addressed envelope of size 14” X 10” with postal stamp of Rs.32/- duly affixed on it, Demand draft of application fee amount (Rs. 100 or Rs. 25 depending on the category) in favour of "Prasar Bharati(BCI)” payable at New Delhi and an attested copy of SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman certificate in case of candidates of these categories in support of availing concessional application fee should be sent to Chief Engineer(Training), Staff Training, Institute(Technical), AIR & Doordarshan, Kingsway, Delhi-110009 during the above period. Demand Draft payable at a place other than New Delhi shall not be entertained.

The name and address of the candidates should be written on the back side of demand draft. The envelope of request letter should be superscribed with “Recruitment of Engineering Assistants-2010”.

Selection Process: There will be an initial screening based on the on-line application. The criteria for screening will include factors such as percentage/class in Diploma/Degree, etc. vis-avis number of total applications. The screened-in candidates will have to appear for an interview with the Selection Committee.

How to Apply: Candidates may register their applications online. Applications will be received on-line only. The candidates should register their applications on-line between 21st November 2009 to 1700 hours on 14th December 2009 and Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. The on-line application has to be invariably followed-up with a ''No Objection Certificate'' from the employer concerned, by those already in employment under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies or any Organization, which is aided by Government. The ''No Objection Certificate'' duly indicating the name and Registration Number on the reverse should be sent to the Senior Administrative Officer, ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network, Plot No.12&13,3rd Main,II Phase,Peenya Industral Area,Peenya, Bangalore-560058, without which the application will not considered.
