Should have demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining HP -Unix (V11.x or later), will be responsible for: -

• Installing, configuring and maintaining HP servers.
• Installation and configuration of High Availability environment using MC \Service Guard.
• Configuration and administration of HP Logical volume manager.
• Installation and Configuration of ignite backup. Create and Verify Golden images.
• Patch and Package administration.
• Printer Administration.
• writing shell scripts for day to day system administration task
• Configuring and supporting HP Superdome Servers.
• Installation and configuration of HP -ignite environment and able to create and verify Golden image.
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue.
• Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance.
• Installation, configuration and Administration of VERITAS, Netbackup environment.
• Configuring Unix Security baseline.
• Experience in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning.

Age : 45 years and below

Essential Qualificatons: A good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent of 55% wherever the grading system is followed in Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from Foreign University recognised by the Govt. of India.

For the Lecturer in Fine Arts also i.e Commercial Arts , Drawing and Painting and Sculpture , Master’s Degree in Fine Arts having good academic record with 55% marks or equivalent of 55% wherever grading system is followed.

Candidates besides fulfilling the above qualifications should have cleared the eligibility test(NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the State Public Service Commission.

NET shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturers for those with post graduate degree. However, the candidates having Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for PG level and UG level teaching. The candidates having M.Phil degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for UG level teaching only.
