Business Development Manager
You will be working independently in a home based working model to drive UXConn’s sales targets by getting business opportunities from potential e-retailers. You will coordinate your sales activities with the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue by developing leads
- Demonstrate UXConn’s service offerings through face to face or web meetings
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationship with potential clients
- Pursue potential business opportunities in your assigned geography to convert into e-retail business propositions
- Perform online marketing activities using social media tools
- Attend e-commerce or Magento related events for networking opportunities
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer/IT preferable.
- Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent must.
Desired Skills:
- Self motivated with ardent love for technology business
- Commercially astute and numerate
- Excellent sales presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to liaise and influence at all levels
- Confident to carry out conversation with C level executives

Business Development Executive
You will be closely working with the Business Development Manager to support the sales and pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to evaluate new business opportunities for UXConn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid for online projects
- Maintain customer relationship with existing client base
- Develop the Business Development databases
- Support the online marketing activities
- Capture high level requirements during client meetings
- Create MoMs, draft proposals based on project meetings
- Carry out market research activities for information mining
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer/IT must.
- Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing must.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self starter and capable of working independently

Senior Magento Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and propose Magento solutions as per client requirements
- Be actively involved in the pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical capabilities through POCs
- Train the subordinate team of developers
- Create reusable components, which can be configured for different projects
- Create test plans and perform thorough quality analysis on the code before go live
- Research on new integration and plug-in capabilities
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer/IT with minimum 70% aggregate.
- Magento Certified preferable
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of Magento experience
- Strong experience with the LAMP stack, MVC or ZEND framework
- Strong HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS skills
- Strong experience with various API technologies including REST, SOAP
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- SEO, SEM, Web Analytics experience is a plus

- Reverse engineer for debugging errors in code
